  • Establish robust governance, controls and reporting processes appropriate for a private equity-backed, multi-entity group.
  • Deliver high-quality and insightful board, investor, lender and covenant reporting.
  • Support future funding activity, including debt facilities, refinancing and ongoing lender relationships.
  • Lead the financial workstream across acquisitions, including due diligence, modelling, transaction support, integration planning and post-deal delivery.
  • Drive the successful integration of acquired businesses, standardising reporting, controls, systems and finance processes across the group.
  • Lead the implementation and embedding of a group-wide ERP platform, improving consistency, automation and scalability.
  • Strengthen cash flow forecasting, working capital management and performance visibility across the business.
  • Build a high-performing finance capability that can evolve alongside the organisation's continued growth.

  • A strong track record of supporting buy-and-build strategies and acquisition-led growth.
  • Hands-on experience leading the financial integration of multiple acquired businesses.
  • The ability to establish or significantly enhance FP&A, reporting and finance infrastructure within a scaling organisation.
  • Strong exposure to private equity investors, Boards and lenders, including covenant and funding requirements.
  • Experience implementing or embedding ERP systems across a growing, multi-entity group.
  • Commercially strong and operationally credible leadership, combining strategic thinking with a willingness to remain close to the detail.
  • The gravitas to influence investors and senior stakeholders while partnering effectively with operational teams.

This represents an exceptional opportunity to join a well-backed business at a defining stage of its development.
