A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in London is looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified Business Services Assistant Manager to prepare and review accounts across a varied portfolio of owner managed businesses and entrepreneurial families.
The work goes well beyond standard accounts preparation, with exposure to complex structures including trusts, partnerships and landed estates, alongside advisory work and direct client contact.

What's the day to day of the role
- Preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts across a complex client portfolio
- Managing client relationships directly and supporting partners in service delivery
- Liaising with internal specialist teams to keep delivery coordinated and on time
- Contributing to advisory assignments and wider business development activity
- Supporting and developing junior members of the team
Required skills and qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a broad accounts background gained in practice
- At least four years' experience within a UK Practice environment
- Experience managing a varied portfolio across a range of client structures and sizes
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and FRS105, with trust structures an advantage
- Confidence to engage credibly at all levels, self motivated and commercially minded
