Senior Bid & Pursuits Manager
A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Bid & Pursuits Manager to lead strategic, high-value bids across EMEA.
Working closely with senior partners and business development teams, you'll shape winning pursuit strategies, manage complex bids from qualification through to submission and presentation, and coach junior team members while driving bid excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a 6 month FTC.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic bids and pursuits.
- Develop compelling win strategies, value propositions and client-focused proposals.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive best-practice bid methodology.
- Analyse bid performance to improve win rates and content quality.
- Mentor junior bid professionals and contribute to team development.
About you
- 5+ years' bid and pursuits experience within legal, professional services or a similarly complex environment.
- Proven success delivering winning strategic bids and managing multiple high-value opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management and persuasive writing skills.
- Experience coaching colleagues and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Power Point skills; APMP or Shipley accreditation is advantageous.
