A great opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join a busy, fast-paced property team.
You'll support senior lawyers across residential and commercial conveyancing, managing files from onboarding through to completion and liaising with clients, agents and lenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Open, progress and complete files, including post-completion
- Manage key diary tasks and deadlines
- Update clients professionally and promptly
- Liaise with third parties
- Use case management systems and conveyancing portals
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' property paralegal experience
- Strong residential conveyancing background
- Commercial experience desirable
- Knowledge of case management systems, Laserforms, Land Registry & SDLT portals
- Info Track and CQS experience desirable
