Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional with knowledge of fleet, motor or multi-vehicle policies?

CKB Recruitment is working with a long-established specialist insurance broker that is looking to recruit a Fleet Insurance Account Handler for its Liverpool office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, managing and supporting a growing portfolio of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor clients.

The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, providing day-to-day policy support and ensuring customers receive an accurate, responsive and professional service.

  • Working closely with the Fleet Managers, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the onboarding of new fleet and commercial motor clients
  • Handling client and insurer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Processing mid-term adjustments and policy documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems
  • Monitoring renewal dates, deadlines and outstanding actions
  • Working with underwriters to resolve cover queries and policy issues
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities across commercial insurance products
  • Following internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
  • What We Are Looking For

To be considered, you will need

  • At least 1 years experience dealing with commercial insurance
  • Experience dealing with commercial fleet risks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Experience using CRM, broking or policy administration systems
  • A proactive, customer-focused and solution-driven approach
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
