Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner

Liverpool | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary

We're seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigator / Fee Earner to join a growing litigation team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who delivers excellent client service, achieves strong results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Manage fast-track and multi-track Credit Hire claims
  • Handle liability-disputed RTA cases
  • Follow case strategy and comply with court directions
  • Build strong relationships with hire companies
  • Progress cases from issue through to trial
  • Negotiate settlements and drive positive outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in Credit Hire litigation
  • Confident managing a full litigated RTA caseload
  • Strong knowledge of PI processes, CPR, MOJ & Pre-Action Protocol
  • Proclaim experience (desirable)
  • Results-focused, organised and resilient
