Owen Daniels are supporting a leading manufacturer of passenger information systems in their search for a German-speaking Technical Engineer to join their growing technical team.
We're looking for a technically minded individual with strong communication skills who has a customer-focused approach; as the Technical Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, working across a variety of projects from initial consultation through to implementation and ongoing support.
The successful candidate will act as a key technical contact for customers in Germany, supporting the installation, integration, and ongoing performance of advanced hardware and software solutions used within the public transport sector.

Job Description - Providing technical support to customers via telephone, email, and site visits.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Supporting the integration of onboard systems and associated software.
- Assisting with system installations, upgrades, and retrofits at customer sites.
- Working closely with customers, integrators, and internal engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Creating and maintaining customer databases, documentation, and technical records.
