Are you an experienced and driven Vehicle Technician looking to join a reputable main dealership with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects?
Our client, a highly respected Franchised Main Dealer in Leicester, is looking to expand their skilled workshop team.
You'll be working with a premium, market-leading brand in a fast-paced, professional environment where your experience and ambition will be highly valued.
What's in it for you?
- Β£45,000 basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Uncapped bonus schemepaid overtime
- Monday to Friday 8:00am β 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am β 12:30pm (paid at overtime rate)
- Ongoing manufacturer training, including EV & Hybrid systems
- Clear path to Master Technician and further career progression

What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Main Dealer or Independent Workshop experience welcome
- MOT Licence preferred (not essential)
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality work
