Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting an assistant to be Engineer's mate to one of our lead Engineers on the installation of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning units.

The Role

As "mate" to the lead Installation Engineer, you will be reliable, flexible and enthusiastic. You will take pride in your work, demonstrating an ability to work efficiently to a high quality and in compliance with health and safety requirements. Every day is different, and as a team you will travel to various client sites installing a wide variety of air conditioning and refrigeration. You will learn a lot about air conditioning and refrigeration along the way, with the possibility of becoming a lead engineer yourself one day.

What We're Looking For

  • A practical mind with building site experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Candidates should ideally be based in the East Midlands area
  • Early starts and later finishes will be involved, along with occasional working away
  • A full valid driving licence is desirable
