We're working with a growing, forward-thinking insurance business in the East Midlands looking to appoint a Development Executive to drive new business in the Commercial insurance sector.

The Role

As a Development Executive you'll be at the front end of the sales process - identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, turning cold outreach into warm, revenue-generating opportunities. This can be a pure development role, or you can build your own portfolio. You will have a team of dedicated technicians behind you to help you on your way.

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
  • Develop relationships with commercial clients, fees ranging from £2,500 and upwards
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and introducer channels
