You'll advise an impressive and diverse client base across a broad range of sectors, managing your own caseload while also working as part of client teams on major projects and complex matters.
The Role
Working as part of an established and successful Employment team, you will advise a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing your own varied caseload of employment matters.
- Advising clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
- Working as part of client teams on major projects and complex matters.
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients and key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Contributing to the Employment team's business development and marketing initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver an excellent client service.
- Developing your sector expertise through exposure to a diverse and interesting client base.

- A minimum of 5 years' PQE gained within a commercial law firm.
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

- Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent commercial judgement.
