Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Corporate Tax Director opportunity on behalf of our client in Central Leeds. Perfect for an ambitious Senior Manager or established Director looking for the next step up in their career towards becoming Equity Partner. Will be working with an impressive corporate client portfolio (UK and international) involving a mix of tax advisory, overseeing some compliance and ad hoc project work. Areas of work can include restructuring, demergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, disposals, due diligence projects and share schemes. The portfolio and split of work can be tailored to the individual and there is a direct pathway to Shareholder.

Excellent remuneration & benefits package, 25% bonus, car allowance, private medical insurance, option of WFH 3 days a week and a personal progression plan.

The Role:

  • Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio
  • Provision of corporate tax advisory services

  • CTA &/or ACA Qualified + PQE
