An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) to join a market-leading Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration team in Leeds.
This role offers exposure to some of the most significant and high-value disputes in the market, working alongside recognised experts on both domestic and cross-border matters.
This is an ideal move for a Lawyer looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional commercial litigation while developing expertise in international arbitration and complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
The Role
You'll advise on a diverse caseload of high-value commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Corporate and shareholder disputes
- Financial services litigation
- Civil fraud
- International arbitration
- Cross-border litigation
You'll manage matters through every stage of the dispute lifecycle, from pre-action strategy through to trial or resolution, while working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network.
Alongside managing your own workstreams, you'll have the opportunity to develop client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and take on increasing responsibility within a highly respected global team.
About You
You'll be
- England & Wales qualified with 4-6 years' PQE
- Experienced in complex commercial litigation and/or international arbitration
- Comfortable managing high-value disputes with minimal supervision
- A commercially minded Lawyer with excellent technical drafting skills
- Someone who enjoys building strong client relationships
- Keen to play an active role in business development and raising your profile in the market
- Collaborative, ambitious and looking to develop within a top-tier international practice
