  • Drafting legal documents, applications, correspondence and client communications
  • Maintaining and progressing client files, ensuring the system is always updated
  • Liaising directly with clients, including vulnerable individuals, families, and professional contacts
  • Undertaking legal research and document review to support ongoing matters
  • Assisting with Court proceedings and associated case management
  • Ensuring confidentiality and handling sensitive financial and personal information appropriately
  • Managing workloads effectively, meeting deadlines, and providing high standards of client care
