A fast-growing vehicle rental and leasing business, Yorkshire based, nationally focused and ranked #33 in the FN50 (the UK's biggest leasing companies), is looking for an Account Manager to join a growing team. They own their entire fleet on-site, so no middlemen and no waiting on stock, and they're moving into a serious new phase of growth off the back of a successful private equity partnership.

You'll own a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts as their primary point of contact, keeping those relationships strong and service exceptional, but you'll also help guide, coach and develop the wider team of Account Managers and Executives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers across your strategic accounts
  • Developing account plans aligned to both the customer's objectives and the company's growth targets
  • Driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling, while maximising account profitability
  • Leading contract renewals and supporting major tenders and bids
  • Proactively managing retention, anticipating needs, monitoring satisfaction and resolving issues fast
  • Keeping forecasts, pipeline and CRM records accurate

  • Ideally but not essential - Industry experience in vehicle rental, leasing or fleet management
  • A natural relationship-builder, comfortable with senior decision-makers

The package:

  • £45,000-£50,000 basic + discretionary quarterly bonus (personal + company performance)
  • Premium company car, swapped every 3 months (think BMW X3, Mercedes GLC etc)
  • Silverstone track day and other company events
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
