Eventus Legal Recruitment is supporting an established and growing law firm in its search for a Legal Assistant to join their Commercial Property team in its Bookham, Surrey office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual seeking to develop a long term career within property law and legal administration. Role Responsibilities

As the Legal Assistant you will be working with the Commercial Property team in Bookham, Surrey and you will provide legal administrative support, including:

  • Assisting with the progression of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Preparing and managing legal documentation and correspondence
  • Opening and maintaining client files accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Supporting fee earners with diary management and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance procedures and client onboarding processes are completed
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
