We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Knutsford, Cheshire. The successful Workshop Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing workflow, motivating the team, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.

Duties of the Workshop Controller:
- Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow management
- Monitor job progress to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements of the Workshop Controller:
- Previous experience in a similar role such as Workshop Controller, Service Manager, or Master Technician
