Heat Pump Sales Manager
Location: UK (with regular UK travel and occasional travel to Germany)

The Role
We're looking for a technically minded Heat Pump Sales Manager to help grow our industrial heat pump business across the UK.
Working closely with our UK team and technical specialists in Germany, you'll identify new opportunities, develop technical solutions, and manage projects from initial enquiry through to contract award.
This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys working with customers to deliver energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for industrial and commercial heat pump solutions.
- Build relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Assess customer requirements and develop technically and commercially viable heat pump solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and project costings.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract award.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations and customer meetings.
- Work closely with engineering, project management and colleagues in Germany to deliver successful projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and funding opportunities within the energy sector.
