We're recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join a growing manufacturing business. This opportunity offers the choice of either a rotating shift pattern or a permanent day shift.
Working Options
- 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7am-7pm) Up to £43,416 including 34% shift allowance
- Monday-Friday Days (40 hours) Typically 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible) Up to £33,000 plus benefits
The Role
- Set and operate injection moulding machines
- Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and process optimisation
- Monitor quality and make process adjustments as required
- Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimise downtime
- Work closely with production teams to achieve targets
- Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping
About You
- Previous injection moulding/plastics manufacturing experience
- Strong machine setting and process control knowledge
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
