A great opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable Worcestershire based firm at its Kidderminster office. The firm is seeking a private client solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join its strong and dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent role (though the firm will consider 4 days a week and/or reduced working hours). Hybrid working of two days per week is on offer.

The team consists of a successful, knowledgeable and tight-knit private client team which has grown and developed both organically, along with the addition of fantastic experience brought in with lateral partner moves. The team now has around 40 fee earners spread across several offices.

As a private client solicitor, you will draft and support with wills, LPAs, administration of estates with some tax planning and general private client work. You will be responsible for the mentorship, management and leadership of the Worcester based team, reporting directly to the Head of Practice. There is scope for progression through to equity partnership.

The team is looking for a private client solicitor with at least 5 years PQE who is commercial minded and ambitious. Previous management experience is required and STEP qualification would be advantageous.
