Our client, a Chambers and Legal 500 recognised law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Kent.

The Firm

Our client, a full-service, regional law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly respected Private Client department in Kent. The firm's Private Client team is one of its largest departments and is recognised in both the Chambers High Net Worth Guide and Legal 500. The team has built an excellent reputation for providing expert advice across a broad range of private client matters. The department is recognised for its commitment to building long-term client relationships, delivering a personal and responsive service, and maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence.

The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established Private Client team advising on a broad range of matters, including wills, tax planning, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, elderly client matters and Court of Protection work. The role will also involve supporting business development activities, including developing client relationships, attending networking opportunities and contributing to the firm's wider profile.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE or equivalent
  • Strong experience across private client matters including wills, tax planning, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and elderly client work
  • Excellent technical ability, strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach
