Our client, who offers healthcare services and is based in Kent are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant to become their new Head of Finance.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role supporting the strategic and operational financial direction of the organisation.

As Head of Finance, you will oversee daily financial operations, manage multiple teams (4 direct reports), and drive financial performance and commercial growth across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure best practice, financial integrity, and compliance, whilst fostering strong relationships within the wider healthcare environment.

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in finance leadership
  • Able to act commercially as well as being hands-on.
  • Experience managing teams and delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
