What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a full private client caseload including Wills, probate, LPA's and estate administration
  • Private Trusts/Settlements
  • Income and capital taxation
  • Tax planning and long-term care planning
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Handling and processing securities and deeds

Who We're Looking For:

  • A fully qualified lawyer with 2 years'+ PQE, handling private client matters
  • Someone with a proactive, client-focused approach and strong technical knowledge of non-contentious matters
