What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a full private client caseload including Wills, probate, LPA's and estate administration
- Private Trusts/Settlements
- Income and capital taxation
- Tax planning and long-term care planning
- Setting up new accounts
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Handling and processing securities and deeds
Who We're Looking For:
- A fully qualified lawyer with 2 years'+ PQE, handling private client matters
- Someone with a proactive, client-focused approach and strong technical knowledge of non-contentious matters
