Private Client Paralegal – Kenilworth

About the Role

Our client is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Executive to join its growing and busy Private Client department.

This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual looking to play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.

You will be primarily responsible for will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and supporting the wider probate team, while providing a compassionate and professional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and general tax matters
  • Supporting the probate team with non-contentious matters
  • Managing client enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Opening and setting up new client files/accounts
  • Handling and processing securities and deeds
  • Maintaining excellent client care throughout all interactions

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have

  • Proven experience in Private Client work, particularly non-contentious matters
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • The ability to manage clients efficiently and sensitively
  • A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client law
