Working with other high calibre team members your role will include

  • Compliance – Preparing periodic statutory accounts for a wide range of businesses – sole traders, partnerships and limited companies; take the led on assignments to draft stage; assisting with management accounts
  • Client management – partner with stakeholders offering advise on queries, escalating when required; relaying detailed information appropriately to your audience; continue to develop sound relationships.
  • Involvement – Support and advise Assistant Accountants and Trainees, reviewing entry level work and offering helpful feedback.
  • Tax – aiding senior team members with corporate tax calculations and personal tax returns
  • VAT – finalising and revising returns; bookkeeping as and when required

You can be part, fully qualified or qualified by experience but must have an appropriate amount of time working to UK regulations and standards in an accountancy firm.

From this you will have developed effective communication, organisational and technical skills, committed to your career in finance.
