The successful Practice Accountant will play a key role within the practice, working closely with a varied client base and supporting the continued growth of the firm.

Duties can include

  • Preparation and submission of personal tax returns for individuals
  • Preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns, VAT and CIS returns for partnerships and limited companies
  • Payroll processing and associated compliance
  • Company formations and statutory registrations
  • Supporting the implementation of new accounting software across the practice
  • Managing a portfolio of circa 320 clients
  • Ensuring all statutory filings and compliance deadlines are met accurately and on time
  • Providing general accountancy, tax and business advisory services
  • Acting as primary client contact, maintaining strong ongoing relationships
