A highly regarded legal team in the Highlands is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) to join its expanding practice in Inverness. The role
You'll advise clients across a full spectrum of family law matters, including:
- Financial provision on separation and divorce
- Child-related matters such as residence, contact and relocation
- More complex cases including cross-border disputes, adoption and surrogacy
- Supporting cases through the Sheriff Court process
- Preparing case documentation, evidence and witness statements
- Attending client meetings and court hearings
- Contributing to client updates, legal insights and team initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Family Solicitor who:
- Has NQ–4 years' PQE in family law
- Enjoys working directly with clients and providing practical guidance
- Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Works well as part of a close-knit and collaborative team
