Are you an engineer from a field service or maintenance background looking for a hands-on customer-facing role with a large manufacturing group? The role will be reporting into a site based in the Highlands, focusing on providing onsite maintenance engineering support to clients including planned maintenance and servicing alongside breakdown response. There will be some stay aways and call out required.
The Role:
- Full time, permanent, client-facing engineering position involving travel to client sites.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting of industrial biomass steam boilers.
- Planned maintenance and servicing work.
- Travel across Northern Scotland and occasionally other parts of the UK and Ireland.
The Person:
- Academic and working background within mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
- Working background within field service.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and willing to travel/stay away.
- Any knowledge of boiler servicing or biomass systems preferred.
