Trinity House Group are delighted to be working with this market leading, innovative manufacturing business, as we support them in the recruitment of Finance Business Partner, based in Leicester.
We are seeking an accomplished professional to collaborate with the wider finance team, to provide analytical business support and insights and to optimise financial performance across a number of operating sites.
You will provide clear financial insights, managing the month end process, including streamlining of systems, reporting and internal controls.
The Job
- Production of monthly management accounts with KPI analysis.
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets.
- Variance analysis with supporting commentaries and analysis.
- Support the annual statutory reporting and audit process.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
- Lead financial planning and reporting processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote financial literacy and effective resource management.
- Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to senior management.
- Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.
- Identify improvements within finance systems, driving efficiencies.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment, ideally working closely with operational teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Experience with reporting tools, systems and continuous improvements of controls.
- Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
