We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm in Hull that is looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position working three set days per week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Our client is looking for someone who already has experience within residential conveyancing and can provide reliable, hands-on support to the team while delivering a great service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting fee earners across a range of residential conveyancing matters
- Opening files and assisting with the progression of transactions
- Preparing correspondence and conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
- Providing clients with updates throughout their transaction
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting with searches, Land Registry documentation and general conveyancing administration
- Keeping files and case management systems up to date
- Providing general administrative support to the wider conveyancing team
About You
