Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a key leadership position with responsibility for the financial control and management accounts function across three UK entities.

You will lead a team of two Management Accountants, providing direction, challenge and support while ensuring the business has robust, accurate and timely financial information.

You will take ownership of the management accounts process across all three entities, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and clear insight into business performance.

  • Providing clear financial analysis and insight to the Head of Finance and wider leadership team.
  • Working closely with the FP&A function to ensure strong alignment between financial control, reporting, forecasting and business planning.

  • Supporting the development of reporting and MI to improve visibility of business performance.
  • Acting as a senior finance point of contact for stakeholders across the business.
  • Coaching and developing the team, creating a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a qualified finance professional with strong management accounts and financial control experience.

You will ideally have

  • Strong experience owning management accounts and month-end processes.
  • Experience managing and developing a finance team.
  • Strong technical accounting and financial control knowledge.
  • Experience working across multiple entities or business units.

This would suit an experienced Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller or technically strong Finance Business Partner looking to take greater ownership of financial control and team leadership.

Why Join?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing organisation in a senior finance position with genuine ownership and visibility.

You will report directly to the Head of Finance, lead an established management accounts team and work alongside FP&A to help shape how Finance supports the wider business.
