Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a major manufacturer in the Huddersfield area to recruit a Maintenance Manager.

Salary - £55k - £60k + bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 10-15 Maintenance Engineers in a fast-paced environment, working under a brilliant Head of Operations and Head of Engineering. The Maintenance Manager will lead all manufacturing engineering maintenance, be responsible for a diverse team and have full budgetary responsibility for the department.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager will include:

  • Responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines
  • Manage contractors
  • Lead, develop and manage a team
  • Analyse downtime, identify trends and develop solutions
  • Identify and justify capital equipment investment
  • Drive continuous improvement activities
  • Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation

We're looking to speak with Maintenance/Engineering Managers with the following:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background
  • Previous experience managing a team of Maintenance Engineers
  • Experience within a fast paced or heavy industry environment would be advantageous
