As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy and dynamic Passenger Services department.
About the Role:
- Responsible for the smooth running of the daily operation within Passenger Services, check-in, boarding, transfer, off jetty boarding, UMS, PRMS, CUSS, arrivals and baggage services.
- Ensuring service commitments (i.e. customer service standards and other standards as specified in the SLA or defined in practice, on time performance and delay recovery) in the most cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring that all Airline Customers, Cobalt, HAL and other relevant procedures are met without compromising health & safety and security regulations.
- Providing best in class customer service delivery for our customer airlines.
- Handling airline or passenger complaints/claims in an efficient, timely and customer-focused way in coordination with or support of the customer airline's policy.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Right to Work in the UK
- Educated to at least 'GCSE' level standard or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills and highly developed communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts across a 7-day week
- Ability to start shifts from 6:00 PM onwards - Flexibility required in case of disruptions
- Roster is 4 days on 2 days off
- Be able to commute to Heathrow Airport.
- Knowledge of passenger services processes and customer airline operational procedures preferred
- 5-year checkable employment/education history
- Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
