Brand new opportunity for an experienced HV Engineering Manager to lead a team on a Critical site in Heathrow.

Our client is seeking technically strong and confident individual with excellent communication and team leadership skills.

You will have experience planning maintenance, managing teams and coordinating subcontractors, with a strong focus on delivering safe, efficient and high-quality work.

HV Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records relating to Health & Safety, electrical works, building compliance and quality assurance.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring all Brand new opportunity for an experienced HV Engineering Manager to lead a team on a Critical site in Heathrow.
  • Works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Hold an appropriate HV qualification and work towards achieving Authorised Person (AP) status.
  • Plan and coordinate planned works, ensuring the correct labour, resources and equipment are available.
  • Manage shift cover, including annual leave and personnel requirements.
  • Operate in line with the site Permit to Work system and all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
  • Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared, reviewed and followed for all works.
  • Monitor performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Keep the CAFM/Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) up to date, ensuring accurate asset and maintenance records.
  • Work closely with management teams to plan projects, develop technical solutions and coordinate engineering activities.
  • Support the management team with day-to-day operational, technical and administrative requirements.

HV Engineering Manager Requirements

  • Having an active High Voltage (HV) certification
  • Experienced in managing a large team in a critical environment
  • Been involved in multiple shutdowns

HV Engineering Manager Salary & Benefits

  • Overall package of just under £90,000 (Basic of £82,000 + Car allowance and bonus)
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Annual Salary review
