An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and rapidly growing specialist conveyancing firm run by two highly respected directors with a proven track record of success in the sector. This forward-thinking firm is built on deep industry knowledge, modern systems and a commitment to excellent client service. It is now looking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer on a fully remote basis.
About the Role:
Due to ongoing growth, the firm is seeking a Conveyancer with solid experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload. The role will primarily focus on freehold sales and purchases, though exposure to other areas is welcomed and supported. While the firm is headquartered in Yorkshire, this role is open to candidates nationwide, with fully remote or hybrid working options available.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of freehold sale and purchase transactions
- Experience in leasehold and/or new build work is a bonus but not essential - full training can be provided
- Confident communicator with good organisational and case management skills
