Our client, an established independent used car dealership in Hereford, is seeking a professional and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their Service Department. - Salary range of £33,000 to £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- First-year loyalty bonus of £1,000, paid in two instalments of £500 at months 6 and 12

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct service, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Accurately diagnose faults and report findings to the Service Manager
- Ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and performance standards are met
- Maintain high quality workmanship consistently
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures relevant to workshop activities
- Assist in ensuring vehicles meet all safety and legal requirements prior to release
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- Either IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualifications in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or demonstrable 'time served' experience
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- MOT licence is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy dealership environment
- Motivated to meet and exceed set targets
