This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly technical team with the vision of progressing into a management position, through excellent training and support all whilst overseeing exciting projects and having a crucial impact on their success as they launch a brand-new facility.
This company has over 70 employees and are industry experts, they are rapidly expanding due to company investment and are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their company and become a part of their close-knit team.
You will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, from the opening of a brand-new facility and leading projects to build new production lines, continuous improvement to improve efficiency and quality, compliance, and more.
This role would suit someone who enjoys process improvement or project engineering and has a background in manufacturing engineering, looking to further develop your career in a management role (no management experience needed).
