Cygnet Group are looking for a Physical Health Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team at Cygnet Hospital Elowen.
This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week, covering a rota of days, nights, and weekend shifts.
Shift Times
- Day shift working hours will be: 8 am - 8 pm
- Night shift working hours will be: 19:30 pm - 8:30 am

Your day-to-day...
- Co-ordinate, assess, plan, implement & evaluate individual patient care programmes
- Ensure that the requirements of the Care Programme Approach are met in a timely manner
- Report any ill health amongst patients & make requests for professional visits where necessary
- Ensure that individual care plans are completed & maintained in conjuncti on with patient, relatives, other healthcare professionals & in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Participate in the planning, delivery & evaluation of specific therapeutic interventions.
