JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor

THE ROLE
- Join a well respected and forward thinking firm located in North Yorkshire, seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to welcome to its thriving team.
- Manage an independent and diverse caseload of legal matters ranging from wills and trusts to probate and estate administration.
- Deliver clear, practical and personal legal advice to a broad client base, working closely with individuals and businesses on complex and sensitive matters.
- Engage with complex estate planning matters alongside a highly regarded and supportive private client team.
THE CANDIDATE
- Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors who have at least 5 years' of post qualification experience.
- A proven track record of handing a broad range of wills, trusts, probate and estate administration matters is necessary.
- The successful candidate will be technically strong and confident managing an independent caseload.
- Advantageous to the application process is STEP qualification, but by no means essential.
- You will have excellent communication and client care skills, have strong attention to detail and demonstrate a genuine passion for private client work.
