This sustained growth creates genuine opportunities for career progression, with advancement based on merit and readiness rather than hierarchy or tenure.

Too good to be true?

It isn't.

The accountants we have successfully placed with this firm over the years will happily testify to the culture, support and development opportunities on offer.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will support the Managers and Partners across a varied portfolio of clients. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing statutory year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, groups, LLPs, charities and other not-for-profit organisations.

  • Supporting and mentoring trainee accountants, sharing knowledge and encouraging their development.

About You

We are keen to speak with professionals who have developed their career within an accountancy practice environment and have experience working under UK accounting and tax regulations.

  • Have experience providing accounting and tax services to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Enjoy building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service.
  • Have experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.

  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
