The Fabrication Joiner will work within a clean room environment, specialising in the cutting, shaping, and assembly of metal components.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, shape, and prepare metal pipes, panels, and framework components using appropriate tools and machinery
- Fabricate and assemble metal wall panels, frames, brackets, and structural sections to specification
- Work within a clean room environment, following all gowning, contamination-control, and housekeeping procedures
- Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication diagrams, and engineering specifications
- Carry out accurate measuring, marking, drilling, and finishing of metal components
- Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, shears, and bending tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated components meet dimensional and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and clean room teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from specification
- Follow all H&S procedures, including safe handling of metal materials, tools, and equipment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Fabrication Joiner, Metal Joiner, Fabricator, or similar metalworking role
- Strong background in metal-only fabrication (no woodwork)
- Experience working in clean rooms, controlled environments, or precision manufacturing
- Confident using metal fabrication tools and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong understanding of H&S, including PPE, tool safety, and contamination control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or other clean manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication or light-gauge metalwork
