We are seeking a driven, client-focused Private Clients Account Handler to join a highly successful and expanding team. The Role

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting rapport with high-net-worth individuals, managing their ongoing insurance requirements and renewals.
  • Full Account Support: Assist on larger accounts from start to finish—attending client meetings, taking detailed notes, negotiating with insurers, and preparing renewal presentations and terms.
  • Consultative Guidance: Take a proactive, consultative approach—actively listening to client needs, asking the right questions, and identifying additional solutions to deliver maximum value.
  • Drive Results: Use your business curiosity and tenacity to explore new opportunities within your portfolio, always striving for a 'path to yes.'

About You

  • HNW / Private Client Experience: Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with Private Client or High-Net-Worth insurance accounts.
  • Customer Service Excellence: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care and managing existing portfolio needs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable supporting colleagues on end-to-end account management and working directly with insurers.
  • Curiosity & Tenacity: A proactive mindset that actively looks to solve problems and spot cross-selling opportunities.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Eager to build your industry knowledge and gain professional qualifications (Cert CII).
