The role

As an Insurance Customer Service Executive, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while helping them find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • Advising customers on insurance cover options and arranging suitable policies.
  • Providing quotations and processing payments.
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Accurately updating customer information across internal systems.
  • Supporting customer retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Working in line with FCA guidelines and company quality standards.
  • Completing structured training and on-the-job learning to develop your insurance knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least one year of office, customer service or telephone-based experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, team-oriented approach
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing customer interactions
  • A genuine desire to build a career in insurance

Insurance experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

After successfully completing your probation, you'll become eligible for the team bonus scheme.

For example, if the team achieves 5% above its monthly commission target, you could receive a £450 bonus, subject to meeting quality standards, including no failed calls during the month and achieving your individual cross-selling targets.
