We are seeking Residential Conveyancers who are passionate and self-motivated to contribute to the continued success of our business.
Day-to-day of the role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work including sale, purchase, remortgage, leasehold, lease extension, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
- Supervise and develop junior staff members.
- Maintain strong client relationships to meet the expectations of a growing base of clients and introducers.
- Report directly to the Directors, ensuring high levels of professional service at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Strong knowledge and technical experience in residential conveyancing, including SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
- Experience in leasehold and lease extension work.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members.
- Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with estate agents and brokers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
