We are seeking Residential Conveyancers who are passionate and self-motivated to contribute to the continued success of our business.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work including sale, purchase, remortgage, leasehold, lease extension, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
  • Supervise and develop junior staff members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to meet the expectations of a growing base of clients and introducers.
  • Report directly to the Directors, ensuring high levels of professional service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Strong knowledge and technical experience in residential conveyancing, including SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
  • Experience in leasehold and lease extension work.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with estate agents and brokers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
