In this days-based, Monday to Friday role you will be reading drawings to prepare, assemble, and test a range of industrial equipment for use in the water industry. You will be trained on using a guillotine and press brake, working in a close-knit team of 8.
This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter looking to settle long-term in a company they will be proud to work for, with great hours and optional overtime if they want.
The Role:
- Preparing, assembling, and testing mechanical parts and equipment
- Reading engineering drawings and using hand tools
- Using guillotine and press brake with full training given
- Going to sites every few months to help with installations
- Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, finish at 1pm on Friday, 35 hours a week
