Due to continued growth within the corporate tax team, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager to take on a key leadership role, working closely with clients, leading teams and helping to shape the future direction of the practice.

Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliance services whilst maintaining exceptional client relationships.

You will work with organisations across a range of sectors, overseeing complex tax compliance requirements and providing practical commercial advice to support their wider business objectives.

You will lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance engagements, review complex tax computations and returns, manage risk and quality processes, and act as a trusted adviser to clients and internal stakeholders.

Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to provide additional value-added services and supporting broader tax and advisory projects where appropriate.

In addition to managing client relationships, you will provide leadership and development support to managers and junior team members, helping to build technical capability, drive engagement and ensure the continued success of the wider tax practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have significant corporate tax experience gained within a professional services environment and a strong technical understanding of UK corporate tax compliance matters.

You may currently be operating at Senior Manager level or be an experienced Manager ready to step into a more senior leadership position.

You will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver exceptional client service.

A professional tax qualification such as CTA and/or ACA/ACCA will be advantageous, alongside experience leading teams and managing complex client portfolios.
