We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established, family-run vehicle dealer with an excellent reputation for customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with parts or automotive experience.
Working within a team of 3 in the busy parts department, as the Parts Advisor you will:
- Deal with customer and technician parts enquiries
- Check availability, pricing and lead times
- Order and issue parts
- Book parts to workshop jobs
- Manage deliveries and stores
- Liaise with Service and Sales teams
- Keep internal systems updated
For the Parts Advisor role, we are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in parts/automotive
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
