Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

About the Role
I am recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Claims & Invoice Processor to join a busy team.
Reporting to the Group Claims & Invoice Manager (HGV), you will play a key role in ensuring warranty, repair and maintenance claims, and customer invoices are processed accurately and within required timescales.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Claims & Invoice Processor, you will
- Process Warranty and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) claims through manufacturer systems, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted within manufacturer deadlines.
- Complete retail invoicing for customer accounts, following agreed customer processes including obtaining purchase order numbers and online authorisations where required.
- Process claims and invoices for multiple branches within targeted timescales.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in accordance with customer requirements, operator licence standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain invoice filing and documentation records.
- Support the wider service and administration team with additional duties as required.
- Attend training courses and development activities where necessary.
- Promote the company's professional image and support its commercial objectives.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar claims, invoicing, warranty, service administration, or depot administration role.
IT Skills
Essential: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
Desirable: Kerridge / CDK (formerly Kerridge), GA Online, I-Maintain
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Saturday working is not normally required.
However, where month-end falls on a weekend, occasional additional hours may be requested and will be discussed in advance with your Line Manager.
