Join a dynamic growing firm as a Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer (with circa 2–5 years PQE) in our rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham, but multiple other local offices considered.

This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, support team members, and engage in significant business development and networking activities.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential files from initial instruction to matter conclusion.
  • Provide support to other members of the Residential Conveyancing team.
  • Play a key role in business development and networking to enhance the profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department.
  • Ensure high levels of client service and legal effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in residential property conveyancing work.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business development skills and initiative to work under minimal supervision.
  • Motivated team player.
