Following the successful award of significant new contracts, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of expansion and investment, creating a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join the team and help shape the future direction of the business.
Working closely with the CFO this highly visible role will sit at the heart of financial planning and commercial decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, providing insight to senior stakeholders, and leading a variety of strategic projects that will drive long-term success.
What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the business
- Developing and maintaining robust financial models, including supporting the creation of a long-term strategic forecast
- Providing meaningful commercial analysis and actionable financial insight to operational and senior management teams
- Partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments to support performance improvement and informed decision-making
- Monitoring business performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Playing an instrumental role in the implementation of a new ERP system
- Driving continuous improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience within FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across both finance and non-finance teams
